  • Tel Hai Masterclasses community -- students, teachers, and administration -- are heart-broken by the passing of Maestro Aquiles Delle Vigne, a great artist and noble human being, whose warmth, idealism and boundless dedication to Art proved a veritable beacon to generations of pianists the world over. His encouragement and loyalty to Tel Hai for years were of invaluable benefit to all here.  We share the grief of dear Chantal and their children and grandchildren.
    May his memory be for blessing.

    Tel-Hai Masterclasses family bows its collective head in deep sorrow upon passing of a former faculty member, beloved professor at Manhattan School of Music in New York for many years PHILLIP KAWIN.

  • Tel-Hai community extends heartfelt congratulations to Yeon-Min Park, who attended our course in 2015 and 2019, on her recent win of the Grand First Prize in the 2020/2021 George Enescu International Piano Competition in Bucharest.  While in Tel-Hai, Yeon-Min was awarded the Pnina Salzman memorial prize as well as a prize in the Yasha Bistritzky Concerto Competition. Subsequently she performed as soloist with the Israel Symphony Orchestra, Rishon Lezion.  We wish Yeon-Min a great career and lots of happiness!

    Congratulations to her former professor at Seoul National University and our colleague on Tel-Hai faculty Aviram Reichert!

  • Big congratulations to Duo Boidi; Luciano & Daniele, participants of the 2019 Tel-Hai Master Classes, for their recent achievements:

    Winning the first prize and receiving a special mention for their performance at the Piano Duo International Competition in Belgrade, Serbia: "XVII IC Davorin Jenko" - Beograd SRB.

    First prize at the Piano Duo Competition "1st Leonardo Da Vinci National Competition" in Empoli (Florence), Italy.

    First prize in the Piano Duo Catagory at the "2nd Wiener Danubia Talents International Music Competition" in Vienna, Austria.

    In the competitions, they played Rachmaninoff Six Duets op. 11, Debussy "L'Enfant Prodigue" and Liszt "Symphonic Poem no. 6 - Mazeppa".
